About me
Let’s get to know each other!
Yuliia Voitina
Osteopath · Kinesiologist
I’m Yuliia Voitina — an osteopath, kinesiologist and specialist who works on every level of human nature: body, emotions and energy.
With my knowledge and skills I help people find the cause of their problems and deal with the consequences they accumulate in their body over the years. Throughout life we build up the after-effects of stress, injuries, worries, bad habits, physical overload and emotional shocks. Our body is remarkably wise — it endures for a long time, adapts and creates compensations, and only when it literally begins to “fall apart” and severe pain sets in do we turn to doctors. And only then do we start looking for the true cause, because the pain does not go away.
From my own experience I can say — I walked this path myself. From medical diagnoses and painkillers to a long recovery and an exhausting search for the cause.
It was precisely my own journey to health that led me to study deeply and immerse myself in biomechanics, kinesiology, osteopathy, physiotherapy and other important processes that take place in the body.
I am sincerely grateful for this experience and to my teachers.
Today I help people find the cause of their problems, restore balance in the body and live without pain again. And if you are already tired of living with pain, if you feel that your body needs not just temporary relief but true recovery — I will be glad to walk this path together with you.

Frequently asked questions
What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a comprehensive system of diagnosis and treatment aimed at restoring the balance and mobility of the body\'s tissues. One of the most common reasons people see an osteopath is muscular tension that builds up because of stress, physical overload or poor posture.
When a muscle stays in a state of chronic tension it becomes less elastic, its blood supply is impaired and nerve tissue can be compressed — causing pain and restricted movement. Osteopathic techniques work on such muscles gently, deeply and effectively, helping to restore their normal tone and function.
The osteopath\'s goal is not simply to relax a muscle, but to find the root cause of the tension: it may be a local issue or a problem in another part of the body that affects the overall balance.
How does the first session go?
The first visit takes about 60 minutes. We discuss your complaints and history, then I examine you and work with soft manual techniques. Most patients find the session deeply relaxing.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the issue. Acute conditions often improve within 1–3 sessions, chronic ones may take 5–8 visits spaced one to two weeks apart.
Is osteopathy safe?
Osteopathic techniques are very gentle and suitable even for newborns, pregnant women and elderly people. The few contraindications — acute infections, fresh injuries, oncology — are always discussed before the session.
How should I prepare for a visit?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring any medical reports or scans you have. It is better to avoid a heavy meal right before the session.
